Q: What is Permanent Jewelry? 

A: Permanent jewelry is a chain sized just for you that is welded closed on your person! This weld is in place of a traditional clasp. Because the jewelry has no clasp, it is permanent! It’s not something you take off when you go to bed or shower, but it can be removed with scissors or wire cutters if needed. 

Q: Can I have my jewlery made with a Clasp instead?

A: Absolutely. We understand some clients want a custom piece made just for them but don't want to sleep and shower in it!

Q: What chain options do you have? 

A: At the moment we have a variety of Sterling silver and Gold filled options. See the images on the product listing page for details!  

Q: How long with my permanent jewlery last?

A: You can expect your jewlery to last through showers, swimming, and sleeping for up to a year or more depending on your lifestyle!   

Q: How does Gold filled compare to other Gold options?

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: Not at this time. But you can sign up for text alerts to stay informed! Just text “join” to 833-407-5722 

Q: What if I want it removed? 

A: Scissors, wire cutters, or pliers are all capable of cutting through your permanent jewelry.

Q: What if it breaks?

A: Notify me as soon as the breakage happens and let me know how it happened. Pictures help! I cover repairs within the first 30 days after installation (under proper use). However, if the chain has broken in too many places or has become stretched because of improper use, a repair may not be possible. Additionally repairs are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Q: How old do you have to be to get one

A: Right now, we do not put permanent jewelry on any person under the age of 16. We ask that clients under age 18 come with a legal guardian. 

Q: What if a group of my friends all wants one at once

A: I am happy to accommodate a group! Call or Email to set up a block of time that will accommodate everyone. 

Q: Will this affect me going through airport security? 

A: Fine jewelry such as the chains we use in the jewelry will not need to be taken off when going through TSA!

Q: I got a piece from another place and it broke, will you fix it? 

A: Definitely! Just contact me via email and include photos as well as a description of original material and I’ll see what I can do. Depending on the style of chain, I may not be able to complete a repair but I will do my best to match the style. A small repair fee will be owed in the amount of $25. 

Q: What is a deposit?

A: A deposit ensures commitment for both parties. Currently single party bookings require a $25 deposit to schedule and group booking deposits will vary depending on the size of the group.

If you are asked to pay a deposit that dollar amount will then be credited toward your final total for the installation of your permanent jewlery.  (ie - if the jewelry you choose to install totals $150, and you’ve paid a $25 to book your visit, your remaining due would be $125 in-store and prior to the jewelry being installed)

*Failure to show up for your appointment without communication, refusing to sign the waiver, and/or inappropriate or unsafe behavior in our space will result in a ban from future bookings and your deposit being forfeit.
